Order Processing
All orders are subject to verification and approval prior to dispatch.
Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing. Processing includes order verification, quality control, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Processing time does not include shipping or transit time.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
WatchGrove reserves the right to delay, hold, or cancel any order at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, payment verification, fraud prevention, stock availability, compliance requirements, or operational constraints.
Shipping & Fulfilment
Orders may be fulfilled from one or more fulfilment partners or locations, depending on product availability, destination, and logistical considerations.
As a result:
- Orders containing multiple items may ship separately
- Items may arrive in multiple deliveries
- Multiple tracking numbers may be issued for a single order
Estimated Transit Times (From New Zealand – Express Services)
All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are provided as guidelines. Transit times commence after dispatch, are expressed in business days, and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Typical express transit times from New Zealand are as follows:
- New Zealand (Domestic): 1–2 business days
- Australia: 1–5 business days (often next business day to major metropolitan areas)
- Asia Pacific (including China, Japan, Singapore): 2–7 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3–10 business days (major hubs such as London and Frankfurt)
- United States & Canada: 2–7 business days
- South Pacific: 2–7 business days
- Rest of World: 6–18 business days, depending on destination
Actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote-area servicing, or other factors beyond our control.
No Delivery Guarantees
WatchGrove does not guarantee delivery dates or transit times.
Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier disruptions, regulatory checks, weather events, natural disasters, public holidays, or force majeure events.
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the shipping provider.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are:
- Not included in the product price or shipping fees
- The sole responsibility of the customer
- Non-refundable
WatchGrove is not responsible for customs delays, assessments, refusals, or actions taken by customs authorities.
If a shipment is refused, delayed, returned, abandoned, or destroyed due to unpaid duties, taxes, or clearance requirements, no refund will be issued.
Risk of Loss & Title
Risk of loss and title pass to the customer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.
WatchGrove is not responsible for:
- Lost or delayed shipments
- Misdelivered parcels
- Carrier handling errors
- Theft after delivery confirmation
Tracking Information
Tracking information is provided for all orders where available.
Tracking details will be issued once the order has been dispatched. Please note:
- Tracking updates may not appear immediately
- International tracking updates may be limited or delayed
- Some carriers update tracking only at major transit points
A lack of tracking updates does not indicate loss or delay.
Signature on Delivery
For high-value orders or where deemed appropriate, shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
Signature requirements are determined by the carrier and may vary by destination, service level, or shipment value.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, including where a signature is obtained, the order is considered successfully delivered. WatchGrove is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery confirmation.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
WatchGrove is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Orders returned, delayed, or lost due to address errors are not eligible for a refund.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If an order is refused, returned, or deemed undeliverable due to customer refusal, failure to collect, customs issues, incorrect address information, or carrier disposal, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided processing has not commenced.
Once an order enters processing or has been dispatched:
- Cancellation is no longer possible
- The order is considered final
- Any return request will be assessed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy
Shipping Issues & Investigations
If a shipment experiences delays beyond the estimated timeframe, sufficient time must be allowed for carrier investigation and resolution.
Shipping delays alone do not constitute grounds for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.
WatchGrove may, at its discretion, initiate an inquiry with the carrier or request additional documentation before determining any further action.
