Provided the watch itself matches the model, specifications, and serial identification described at the time of purchase, differences in packaging or presentation do not constitute grounds for a return, refund, or replacement.

If an item received differs materially from the product ordered — such as an incorrect model, incorrect specifications, or incorrect item — please contact us promptly so the matter can be assessed and resolved in accordance with New Zealand consumer law.

All product descriptions, specifications, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue or limit the availability of any product at any time.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. WatchGrove reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. An order is not accepted until payment has been received and we confirm acceptance.

Once an order is accepted, cancellations or changes may not be possible. If an order is declined, cancelled, or modified, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

All purchases are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You represent that purchases are for personal or household use only and not for resale or commercial distribution.

Prices are subject to change without notice and are confirmed at the time of order placement. Prices do not include taxes, duties, shipping, or customs charges unless stated otherwise.

Prices displayed do not include international taxes, import duties, customs clearance fees, or any other charges imposed by authorities in the destination country. Such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. WatchGrove is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title pass to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or clearance charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

WatchGrove is not responsible for delays, fees, or actions taken by customs authorities. Failure to pay required charges may result in delayed delivery, return, or disposal of the shipment, for which no refund will be issued.
